Has anyone had any trouble (objections, APs, etc) from a HELOC lender? Our second mortgage provider is the one that is giving me heartburn (all is quiet on PACER so far, but I am very anxious as we await discharge in our asset case). We are surrendering the home since the market value is 25% under what we paid (which essentially wipes out any equity for the HELOC). I am having nightmares about the HELOC lender objecting to our discharge or filing an AP, although I don't know if they can even do this since there is not any fraud?
