    My case finally closed today!

I just checked pacer and this is what I saw:

Final Decree: The bankruptcy estate has been fully administered. The bankruptcy court has decreed that Trustee Elmer Fudd is discharged as trustee of the estate and the bond is cancelled and the chapter 7 case is closed. . (Entered: 06/07/2010)

My long wait is finally over!

Thanks all for the kind words.

I posted this thread so that there would be a complete start-to-finish record of my case for the archive. Also, by looking at the dates of my case, etc, people can get a feel for how long it takes for an asset case to close when there is no auction or property being sold, etc....

        Today is a happy day.

            Hooray for you!
Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
