    Surrendering car with no spare

I am planning to file this week and will be surrendering my BMW as part of that process. However, I got a flat tire a few weeks ago and so installed the full-sized spare. Now I have no spare and I would really rather not buy one since the car is going bye-bye soon. But I am curious as to what BMW will do when they realize that the car is not wholly 'complete', i.e. it is missing a part. Can they come after me for the cost of the replacement spare, even if the overall loan will be wiped out in the bk?

I know this is an odd question, but I really want everything to go as smoothly as possible, and if I have to buy a spare, well, so be it.

Heck no they can't come after you. Don't worry about it.
I may be smarter than an attorney, but I'm not one. No legal advice here, people.

Thanks for the quick reply--and I am actually worrying about less and less each day. Should have done this YEARS ago!
