momofthree: i have 3 kids, the other dependent is my mom

    SAMinGA: Will discuss with lawyer.

My lawyer wants 6 months pay stubs. If I'm filing this month, do i include June's paystubs? Or am I giving paystubs from Dec-May only?

Also, I'm getting a raise on 6/20 but my income will not reflect the current pay when I file on 6/21, will this affect me? The earliest I can file will be 6/17 on the 91 days of major purchase if I have to. I need your input please..

If filing in June, he probably needs Dec-May. That is the 'look back' period to determine over or under median. But then he will probably also need all stubs up to the filing date.
Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
(In the 'planning' stage, to file ch. 13 if/when we have to.)

Does your mom, as a dependent, have any income ? ...the like of SS ? If so, would it too not be considered income ?

No my mom has no income. So do I need to file before my new pay rate takes effect or it does not matter?
