Had 341 on April 1st, no asset case chapter 7. I'm in Western District of Washington state, thought I might get lucky but checked mail today and nothing..darn. Fingers crossed for Saturday!

I'm at 101 days - but then I got waylaid for a while by the UST's office.. -
I'm at 108 days from my 341. I broke down and called the clerk of the court to ask if there was anything wrong or if they were just really backed up. I was informed that if I have an auto to reaffirm, my case will not be discharged until after the hearing. So I've been excitedly checking Pacer every night after work for nothing... Bah!
