    Filed 5/31.... quick question about cash-flow b/w now and 341 July 1st

Do I need to be prepared to show bank statements, etc. for the time frame between my file date and 341 meeting to the TT?

Nothing up my sleeve, I just need to get a loan from a friend ($500-$750) to help me pay a flat fee MLS and utiilities until my cash-flow recovers from going down to $11.87 last week before I filed.......

Don't want ANY waves made with the TT that's for sure.....

I don't know what your trustee would want, but why not ask your friend to have checks or money orders made out on your behalf for those 2 things?

If you've already filed what's the worry for?

That may be the answer I'm looking for!

Basically, I just want to make sure there's nothing that I can do to SCREW UP my petition....overly cautious I'm sure.

If the TT isn't going to care about or look at anything post-file date (i.e. bank statements) then it's real clear I needn't worry about anything....

I guess I'm asking is A) is it strange to have a "large" deposit within days of filing and/or B) will the TT ever know if I do?

        Thanks

I would ask your lawyer if you will need bank statements. My lawyer didn't require any bank statements even on filing day. He just wanted to know how much money I had.

This is a good question and would also like to know a for sure answer if there is one.

                Here's my Attorney's answer:

"No concerns. This type of transaction occurring after your bankruptcy has been filed is not an issue. The trustee has authority extending to your assets and the bankruptcy estate up to the time your case was filed but not after except for issues of inheritance."
