Going to file mid August.
Have $37,000 in CC debt.

I am about to pay my car off and the attorney told me I will be safe because of the wildcard in Cali, it will cover the car = )

Now you can direct all your CA calls to your attorney (ask first), that should be some relief

Yes, Calif has a generous wild card exemption, I agree, do pay off the car just yet.
