    Question regarding hearing

    Quick question...My husband and I are scheduled for a reaffirmation hearing tomorrow morning regarding a vehicle that is in his name only. Am I required to attend the hearing? I'd rather not go if it isn't necessary due to childcare issues. We are representing ourselves so I don't have an attorney to ask about this.

    If you filed jointly I would think you should both be there for a motion hearing. Call the clerk though and ask since you are pro se.
