I know that HOA fees prior to filing are discharged, but what about fees you accumluate after? Banks are taking forever to foreclose (which i cannot do anything about), and the fees after filing are building up, since the title is still in my name, becuase the bank has not yet foreclosed. Anyone have experience with this?
