    Congratulations on the discharge! Don't use credit cards - they are evil.

    Discharges are 60 days in a perfect world. I've been waiting nearly 4 months for mine. It's annoying to log onto Pacer every night after work and there is no change...
    11/09 - Ran out of money - 1/4/10 - Filed Chapter 7 (Pro-Se) - 2/16/10 - 341 Meeting -6/17/10 - Reaffirmation hearing (auto) - DISCHARGED 7/6/10m CLOSED 7/26/10

      Remember: You are not your credit score. I guess $60/year isn't going to fund your retirement but still...

        Yes, I did get the Cap One card and the have a "pre approval" BEFORE there is a Hard Hit, so that gives you an idea of where you stand. My credit was in the tanker too, so don't worry about that. Just go to the site and see if you are "pre approved'

        May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
