When I got the letter stating that the date of my 341 had been changed, the reason given was 'continued for examination'.
I'm trying not to read too much into this, but it was disappointing to have the meeting delayed by almost a month. I just wonder if this means they are backlogged, or whether it means they really do want to have more time to review (e.g., pick apart) my petition.
'Continued for examination'...has anyone else been told this, and, if so, did it mean anything? I'm hoping it means they are backlogged and simply needed more time. I have had no additional requests for information (though there is still plenty of time for that I guess).
