Cell phone and reaffirmation question

Will our cell phones have to be added to our BK? We are still under contract, but it's only for a short time period. We haven't missed any payments and are in no way behind with this company (it's Verizon).
Second, would we be allowed to reaffirm a credit card debt? We want to keep our Costco membership and, unfortunately, it is tied to a credit card through HSBC. We would not use the card anymore and are willing to pay it off. We want to continue to still be able to go to Costco, though. That's where we get our dogs's food.

ps ... I hope to one day be able to help someone out on this forum, since you guys have answered so many questions for me. I am no where close to having a good legal mind (I write for a living), but I would be happy to provide any moral support needed.

We use Verizon also. We didn't lose our phone service after filing, but we did lose the ability to do anything online but pay the bill. I did give the attorney a copy of our last bill. We weren't behind either so they weren't included in the BK, but they were notified I filed.
