Well my attorney has filed my bk7 paper work on monday and i now have to wait for the case # and then take the second finance course. My next visit to my attorney is in 2 weeks to prep for the creditors meeting. So far so good according to my attorney. Will update later.

Good luck! I'm thinking I'll be filing on Friday! Gotta get it in before 6/1/10.
Gotta run papers to the lawyer's office this am then I gotta have a phone interview with the paralegal. On Thursday I have to sign papers which I am assuming is the actual filing papers.
