Just checked Pacer and I am discharged! Such a great feeling. Thank you for all of your help. One question I have though is my wife owed a college money for some classes she withdrew from. It was a direct debt with the college. How do I know if it is discharged or not? My lawyer didn't think it would be but he put it in my case anyways. So how do I find out?

I see you are from the same place I am. Do all BK's go through Cleveland courts? Our attorney told my husband yesterday that he has seen judges send sheriffs to people's homes to make sure they aren't hiding any "assets", and he will "tag" things that he thinks will sell. We are going to file in the next few months, but I am so worried about what I am allowed to keep. What do they count as value? I have my grandmother's radio, Victrola record player, things that have been passed down in the family that I want to keep. They are old, and might be worth something, but they are priceless to me. I know we get to keep some things. We don't have anything else of value, we are not ones to have art, jewelry, nothing. We just want to keep our home and two cars.

My 341 was actually held in the Trustee's office which is in a building down the street from the courthouse.
