I keep getting over the limit notices on a card from HSBC that I filed on. Case is discharged and closed now. All of a sudden I got this notice in March, then April and now today. I called the # on the email and they said it is not them and some second hand agency they sold it to. I got 2 people who spoke horrible english and then they hung up on me. I could not understand the name of this other agency when they called me and I doubt they could send out the emails for HSBC. Ever heard of this?

Emails I could ignore, but the moment they called me I would be on the phone to my attorney. Save and document everything. Then contact your attorney about their violating BK law if need be.Filed Chapter 13 02/2006 - Confirmed 05/2006 - Discharged 09/2011
I'm not an attorney. My replies are merely suggestions or observations, not legal advice. As always, consult with an attorney before making any decisions.
