    Your attorney may not be happy to receive a box full of random paperwork. You might want to summarize it...

    *List of debts: creditor name and balance, with perhaps a note as to when the debt was incurred and anything noteworthy. (Like recent cash advances.)
    *Income: checks stubs for past 6 months
    *Bank statements: last 4-6 depending on what your atty asks for
    *Budget: list of expenses/bills going forward

    As to 'tickets' depending on what these were for, they may not be dischargable.
    Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
    (In the 'planning' stage, to file ch. 13 if/when we have to.)

      Oh gosh I hope the legal assisant doesnt kill me for bringing that tub...lol

      I may have over did it ...BUT I did summarize everything on a spreadsheets.

      *one worksheet with stuff showing on credit report organized with org creditor & account number, collection agency & account number amount due

      *one worksheet with stuff not reported on credit report with same info as above.

      *My expense worksheet

      *paystubs
