Took all the paper work to my lawyers office. The secretary was very impressed how well I had everything organized. 
She said she's used to people bringing her a pile of papers and then she has to copy them all
I also gave them a payment of $1200.
I told her that the attorney stated that time was of the essence in getting my case filed because now that my husband has returned to work after being laid off for 15 months(hence a lot of the debt), his higher income will push us over the median!
She said the paralegal will pull my credit report and send me a copy so I can do the pre_BK credit counseling class online before they can file. I hope they start looking over my paperwork soon because I'd like to get the ball rolling ASAP because of hubby's higher income.
