I am filing personal Chapter 7 in June. I'm not sure how to ask this question: after I officially file and wait for the 341, can I continue to run my LLC? (I will not be closing the LLC.) Will the TT look at the money I make AFTER I file and before the 341 also? Or just the funds UP TO the filing date? LLC has a few assets and I will most likely have to buy them back but if I close my business I will have no way to support myself and sick husband. I am obsessing about this for some reason and am stressed. I read a thread on here some time back about what one can/cannot do in between filing and 341 with ones' funds but I can't find it anywhere and I've searched every way I can think of but still can't find it.

Bankruptcy does not want you to quit your job. Even though it is your business (company) it is your job and you need not stop it. They want an average for six months, keep making the same average and you would be fine.
At your 341 they will ask you if you came into any money since filing. You have not. They are looking for some kind of windfall, and the answer I would say is "no sir, nothing more than my business has been affording me for the past several years". Then he will ask you do you "expect" any money, and the answer is the same. If your LLC was so productive as to become a major asset, then you would not be in bk, right? 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

Thank you! So you are saying that I can continue to work? Do you think I can actually pay myself a meager stipend? These may seem like a silly questions, but I haven't paid myself in soooooo long that it feels wrong!Filed Chapter 7 on Friday the 13th!, 341 9/10/10 . TT's report of no distribution 9/13/10 DAMN STRAIGHT! Case Closed! 11/19/10 "Our long national nightmare is over".
