Logged in to PACER and have these deadlines. 341 I get. But what is the Sec 521???

Section 521 just means that you have filled in all your paperwork... basically the petition is in order and everything has been filed (all relevant schedules).

If you have a Report of No Distribution then you are post 341 Meeting and that's a good sign that you're a No Asset case. Should be smooth sailing for the 60 days following the 341 Meeting.

341 Was 5/3 and on 5/4 I had the no distribution no asset entered by the trustee.

I am surrendering a vehicle but I assume this doesn't affect the 60 days does it?
