Got my 341 date what happens after that..

Ok so I have my 341 meeting June 3rd. After the meeting is done what am I looking for then? I see some go to pacer. What sorts of things are you looking for on there? The paralegal said that it will all take 6-8 months after the 341 to be done with everything. Is this typical? Thanks

Is it a chapter 7? If so, then typically, you just sit there and wait for 60 days. But this assumes that there are no issues in the case, no objections by creditors or trustees, no motions to lift stay, &c. In sum, what happens aafterat

Thank for your reply. Yes, I filed chapter 7. So 60 days providing there is no issues? What are people checking for when they use pacer?

Most people would be looking for creditors who have an issue with their Chapter 7 filing and could possibly come up with a reason to file for relief of the automatic stay.
