First off, thank you to all of you for this great board -- I've learned so much!
My Chapter 7 will be filed tomorrow. The only snag is I'm on a joint credit card account and want to be taken off of the card before the filing. Any advice what to tell the credit card company without raising red flags?
Also, on CitiBank's website, it has me listed as an 'authorized user', yet this account is still on my credit report and my name is also on the statements. I was under the impression that showing up on my CR and having my name of the statement made me a 'joint account holder.' I am still able to use this card if that makes any difference.
