We recieved a notice of trustee sale scheduled for 5-27-10. Our 341 was on 3-24 and we should be discharged around 5-30.Citi had the stay lifted.I had been in contact with Citi every other week since we filed and everybody said to wait till after the discharge and then someone would talk to us regarding a loan mod.Anyway last week I talked to someone in their bk dept. and he directed me to the web page mod. application.I'm told we are applying for a conventional mod.One of their phone recordings said something about anyone in foreclosure that requests a loan mod. be given 14 days for consideration.( I thought I was on hold so I wasn't paying close attention at first)They say we owe 202,000 over 18 years.What cold we expect in a loan mod.Also if your income shows that you could make the existing payment would they turn you down? Tanks for any help
