I am current on my mortgage and want to stay that way. When we file CH7 will I have to miss payments or can I just keep paying thru?

I actually always a month ahead on mortgage payments. I just wanted to make sure no one was going to see it a preferential treatment or anything.Chapter 7

You will probably have to contact the BK dept of your lender to find out how they want the payments made during the course of your BK. Call them. They usually have a specific proceedure.Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
