Thanks Liz! I think I am close to getting all this stuff filled out and then will meet with attorney to go over everything and pray that somehow some way we qualify for Ch7. We are over median but on all the online calculators it says Ch7.

Same here, I went to over 6 attorneys and all but 2 said Ch 13 only based soley on the fact that I was over the median. It's all about expenses...good luck!
