Timeframes
Can someone tell me about how long between the time bankruptcy is filed and the 341 meeting? Is it a week, two weeks, a month, what's the average time frame?

341 Meeting ~ June 29, 2010
Discharge ~ August 31, 2010 -
I think it is approximately 30-45 days. I think it can be even more than that if there is a major backlog with BKs. I don't know from experience but I believe that is the average time frame. -
I don't know about averages, but I filed a 13 today and my attorney said the 341 will be in the first or second week of June. Don't know if the chapter would make a difference. It probably depends on the caseload of each specific court.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
