    Chapter 7 Filed

    Hi All,
    My attorney just filed my chapter 7 case. I'm no asset, just discharging a ton of credit card debt because I cannot afford the minimums anymore. My 341 date is June 4. This site has been extremely useful, and I will keep you up-to-date.
    Stopped paying the CCs: January 2010
    Filed for Bankruptcy (Ch. 7): April 29, 2010
    341 Hearing (Successful): June 4, 2010

    Good luck! I will be filing soon as well. Hopefully within the next two weeks. I too have a ton of cc debt to the tune of 88K that I just can't make the minimums on anymore. I've gotten a lot of info from this site as well.
