joint overdraft line of credit

hi all.
i am married but going to file chapter 7 alone
we have a joint checking account that has a $500 overdraft line of credit with a balance.
will my wifes credit get damaged?what should i do?
i am in florida

You must include it in the bk and you will no longer be liable to pay the debt after discharge. But they will then go after her for payment and she IS liable. I'm not sure if it will affect her credit, hope someone else can answer that but my guess is that it won't unless there are late payments.
