Discharge letter and included accounts

My discharge letter states that I have been granted a chapter 7 discharge. If I were to mail this letter to experian, who is still reporting histories on the included accounts, how do they know what accounts were included in the chapter 7? The discharge letter doesn't list any accounts, it just states that a discharge was granted.

Send them a copy of your creditors matrix along with the discharge letter.

also, they will probably just assume everything was included until some creditor says otherwise.
