    Discharge!!!!!

    Our attorney contacted us tonight. The UST withdrew its motion for dismissal and the Court issued the discharge as of today (he doesn't have the written confirmation but it is on the docket and listed as such in PACER) and today is my birthday!!!!! YIPPEE! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!!!!!

    Took over six months but it finally happened! Boy is that a book to write what we have been through.

      And thank you for sharing... it gets frustrating when we don't hear how these cases turn out.

      Also, thank you for standing up to the UST.

      8/2010 finally served; No Asset 7 filed. 11 mos since last bal xfer
      9/22/10 60 day club; 9/24/10 report of no distr; 11/23/10 DISCHARGED

          Thanks everyone! It really is a burden lifted. Now a debt free life begins! I have to really say that we have an OUTSTANDING attorney who made the case for us and worked hard for us. I will still be around on the forum and sure to be looking for advice.

          To clarify though, now that we are discharged we are just waiting for the case to be closed, which should take about 30 days, is that right? Anything to worry about now?
