    Florida Middle District

    We finally filed CH 7 no asset on Friday 4-16! I registered on PACER a couple of minutes ago to check everything out. No 341 date yet. Hoping it will be scheduled soon so we can be prepared (having to fly back to FL for it). But it does show who are trustee is. We have Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. I did a search on the forums for her but nothing came up.
    Has anyone dealt with her?
    And if anyone that has dealt with the FL middle district has any tips, I will be very thankful!

    Florida Middle.. I'm in the Orlando Fla area, Was a no asset case as well, You should be fine, let me give you a heads up, it'll take a little longer then 90 days to wrap all of this up, You should have your 341 meeting soon, but after that is when the waiting game begins.. Check pacer maybe once a week, that way you won't rack up a huge bill there ! Good luck

        This is just anecdotal from reading this forum, but it seems that all the horror cases of hard-azzed trustees - nickel and diming petitions, going through getting personal items appraised, etc. - happens in Middle Florida.

        But then again, RainMoM seemed to have sailed through, so who knows?

          Thats what I've gathered from my 2 months of reading posts =/ Thats why I included her name. Hoping someone had her and call tell me she is not so bad!

            Sorry, kaddessi. Posting trustees names on the public side is against forum rules. There is no problem at all with sending a PM to someone in Florida in the Middle District, or requesting someone from the Middle District to PM you with their trustee's name.

            The Middle District is quite large, with courthouses in Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa. We are in the Jacksonville section. From reading here, it seems like the 'horror' stories of apraisals and such happen in the Tampa area.

                  I am in this district , my 341 meeting is in Fort Meyers and i have compleatly freaked my self out today read the posts.
