Reaffirm help

Since my lawyers are MIA and all that I get are voicemails and no returned phone calls I need some help in this matter. Most of my help has come from the banks themselves which is pretty sad.

I have two recreation vehicles and the bank has sent me all of the reaffirmation agreements which my attorneys once again failed to take care; well in the financial worksheets, would I still fill in all of my information as far as monthly income? I do not pay for these accounts and never have. They are in my name but are payed for by my brother. Thanks for the help!

Because the vehicle loans are in your name, the banks want to know that you have the money to pay for them. They really do not care about your brothers ability to pay. The reality is, if your brother does not pay...can you?

If you can not, you seriously should not even consider a reaffirmation. Most attorneys advise to never sign a reaffirmation agreement, and many times they need a judges approval to be filed.
