J schedule questions on medical, home repairs, and sundries 'other' categories

It's just me and my husband - I'm trying to figure out what amounts to put on the Jschedule. I have receipts for about $550 a month for physical therapy/medications and having to pay forward for dental work I've been having done every 2-3 months recently (and need to continue to do). I'm going to need to pay forward for cataract surgery as well. I really could use to pay more like $650 a month for medical/dental care (including my physical therapy and medications) as otherwise it's going to take months to get the money to pay for the large expenses. These are legitimate very much needed services, but, will the trustee allow them? How do they determine these allowables and how much?

$200 is allocated monthly to repair house (sewer, dry rot, roof, electrics). I will have to save this money each month to pay to have these things done as yet I've only had the plumber out for a bill of $200. Again, I'd like to allot more as the expenses are huge and it's going to take a long time to put aside the money to prepay the services (as they won't do them unless paid up front).

We have reciepts and have been paying about $400 monthly for auto maintenance...about half is repairs/upkeep as we have junk for cars.

For the other category I have $300 written in, which includes personal care/products, pet, household cleaners, all those incidentals that one needs as well as gifts/post office and safe deposit box, garden, etc...anything that doesn't fit under the other categories on the Jschedule, and about $60 - $200 of that a month (average about $125) is supplements...vitamins and compounds for health). I need the supplements because I'm suffering from very serious illnesses and my Dr feels that these are helping my conditions, but, he didn't prescribe them as they don't need a prescription. Will I need a note from my Dr that he feels they are an important part of my treatment or will the trustee just allow them under sundries in the 'other' category?

Thanks! I have no idea how the trustees look at things and my attorney seems to be unsure on these things himself as my situation is expensive in these areas...on the one hand the needs are straight forward and real, the reciepts reflect these amounts, now it's down to are they allowable? and if not, can you explain what is or isn't and why? Thanks!
