Question about discharge..

Hi, and thanks for the help from this board. Had 341 couple weeks ago just waiting it out now in sixty day club. Trustee said no asset case so that's cool, was wondering what happens at discharge. Is it just getting something in the mail or do I have more to do with attorney for closing or something? Thanks in advance....

if everything goes smoothly, you can expect the discharge after the 60th day from the 341. If you don't use pacer, you will get a mailed copy.

Yep, you'll get a notice from the court of your discharge in the mail. Good Luck to you.

Ok thankyou, I wasn't sure if I had more to do with the attorney to close case, but sounds like I'm done with them.
