    Calling the trustee or not?

    Hi,

I have my 341 meeting in 2 weeks, I sent the tax return like a month ago to the trustee office (along with copies of amended forms that I did). Should I call to his office to see if he got it (I send it certified so I got someone signature), plus if there is any extra documents he needs?
Also, I haven't received a letter for his office yet.
Should I call to his office or not?
I only submit the tax return because that was the only document that I was required to send (al least that was what the notice of creditors said, that I got from the clerk when i filed).

If you filed with an attorney, let the atty do his job. If pro se, I don't think it's going to hurt just to ask if they received it.
This Forum is better than any lawyer I met.

I agree with chriselle. Nothing to add, except if it was through an attorney, contact your attorney.

I filed it pro se. Should I ask if they need extra documents or not?

If you are pro se, it always pays to be proactive. I have never hesitated to ask questions if I had any.
