    No Relief from AS Filed

I posted about a week ago that I was surprised Honda hadn't filed a relief from AS yet since we have two new vehicles that we purchased from them in December and are now surrendering them.

Honda called two days ago to make arrangements for us to surrender the van. The guy who left the message said he'd gotten approval from someone to call, but didn't indicate who. There has been no relief from stay posted on pacer docket or documents. I cannot get the assistant to return my calls or email, so I emailed the attorney directly today. Hopefully I'll hear something..

But, wouldn't it show on pacer somewhere if they had filed a relief and if it had been granted? We never received anything in the mail either.

Yes, it should show up in PACER, because it has to be docketed and then an order granting the relief issued by the Judge.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Thanks JB. That's what I thought. It still isn't showing up in pacer and I still can't get the stupid attorney to return our calls or email. Figures.

Should we call Honda and tell them they are violating the relief from stay? or just wait it out since they can't legally do anything yet anyway?
