I think we should have a information on which banks allows retain and pay without signing reaffirmation agreement.

Im in district 9

Chase - retain and pay allowed (will reposes after 1 month of no pay)
Suntrust bank - retain and pay allowed -(will reposes after 1 month of no pay)

verified on 4/14 & 4/15

341 - March 8, 2010
Last date of objection - May 7, 2010
Discharged - May 17, 2010
