That's like asking if your bank will actually settle. Totally unknown. The only thing you can do is to ask. Try offering a 5% settlement at first, since you don't have the money, perhaps, for a 10% settlement. You just never know.

If your case hasn't discharged yet, which I'm assuming it hasn't since you posted in the "before the discharge" section of the Forum, then they will probably not be in such a mood to settle for a small amount. Wait until after discharge, and give it some time.
