Does anyone have any idea how much longer this may take to affect my discharge?
I am now at day 64 post 341 and finally I get this message on Pacer:
Trustee Request to set Claims Bar Date(batch) ; I guess he is going to notify the creditors that because I had an income tax refund he will distribute the assets. How much will this delay the discharge and can a creditor still come forward and cause problems after the 60 days are up during this process? Many thanks

your discharge date is not affected by this, but the case won't be closed until your tax refund is distributed. and no, after the 60 days no one can object to the discharge even if the case is still open.
