Yay! One more step almost done! and thanks to this forum and a good attorney, I feel quite ready and calm! It should be simple, no asset. The only question we have is about 3 months worth of rental income on our house (that we are surrendering.) Their lease is up in May. Our attorney said the trustee could keep it, or not. We are hoping for not!

Make sure that any rental income you receive from the property is NOT SPENT until you receive confirmation that the Trustee does not want it.
