Any liability/debt created by having investment property is "non-consumer" or "business" debt. If your non-consumer debt is more than 50% of all your debt, then you get to bypass the means test.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
