    Filing chpt 7, Will I half to sell items I have paid off

    I have a travel trailer and two quads that are paid for, I have been trying to sell but nobody is buying. How does this work, will the courts set a price for these items to be sold or will they just come get these. Even if I sell these items It's far from covering my dept.

    You're going to have to tell a little more about you BK. Which chapter are you filing? These might be inlcuded on your exemptions depending if you have any other assets.
