Thanks for everyones help here..was just wondering with Pacer can anybody see the details of my chapter 7 bk. Meaning schedules, creditors and what not?? Now that my bk comes up on google was curious...thanks.

Yes, on Pacer everyone can see everything filed pertaining to your case. It is public record.

Thanks Bobby, clears that up. In the sixty day club now haven't used pacer yet so it's a little foreign to me. So it's 8 cents to see every page of my petition is that how it works??
