Finally . . . and I never thought that it would be this soon after the whole mess and stress we went through in the last two months! Went over the whole petition with the paralegal yesterday a call that lasted an hour an a half getting everything right! Now we are set to file on April 28th and that is such a great feeling to know we have the date set and we can move on! Now I have to wait and stress the 341. So can everyone tell me what the timeline is after filing? I know you will have a 341 approximately one month after filing and then it is around 3-4 months for discharge correct? Thanks once again for all the support here!!

Once the BK is filed, it will be roughly 30-40 days until your 341 hearing, depending on how backed up your courts are. Then after the hearing, discharge can come no sooner than 60 days. Again, dependent on your area. Some discharge quickly, others seem to linger.
