    That's kinda what I did. I put a notice on the window, blocking out the VIN, stating a BK case was filed, list the case #, lawyer number, when it will be discharged, etc. And a gentle reminder that unless they have paperwork showing 'relief from stay' that they are violating the law. Here in East TN the cops flat out refuse to get in the mix of repos unless guns are being drawn or something along that line. (Used to work 9-1-1 here so that's how I know that.) I'm keeping the car on minium gas too, and I've not had this car quite a year, so I'm not going to feel bad about the fact that it's leaking transmission fluid, & oil - which the shop says it was probably doing when they had it and they just masked it well.
