BK friendly bank in Boynton Beach/ Delray FL area?
I'm getting ready to file chapter 7. The info I've read on here has been very helpful, but I'm still very stressed. I met with a lawyer and will retain her soon, but my accounts are with Wachovia/ Wells Fargo and I have a cc associated with it. I hear they freeze the accounts upon filing. I'm hoping that someone knows of a BK friendly bank to move my funds to in the Boynton Beach/ Delray FL area? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try any of the credit unions, as long as you don't have any debt with them there is nothing to cross collateralize. For example, Tropical Financial CU.
If you don't have debt with Chase, they are good to work with you during and after BK.Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
