job after filing - before 341

I know this topic has been covered, but I can't seem to find the threads with my poor search skills.

My husband filed and has his 341 on the 22nd. I decided I'd go back to work to pay off my debt faster and to buy a used vehicle since we're surrendering both of ours.

I never expected to be find a job so quickly. I could be hired next week at a job making $14/hr full time.

I know at the 341 my husband will disclose this information since he'll be asked if his financial status has changed since he filed, but I am wondering what will happen after that? Could his case be dismissed b/c we'll have more income? I don't want to screw things up. We will most likely be made an asset case, which I know could mean the case being kept open for much longer than the norm.

I have asked my attorney the same questions. He has told me that in most cases, the trustee does not ask you at the 341 meeting about changes in income. That turned out to be the case in my 341 meeting.

My attorney has also told me that even if the trustee will ask, as long as I am still not making a significant amount above the median they would not do anything. If you do, they might try to convert you to chapter 13.
