    Bank Statements and 341 Meeting

I recently completed the 341 meeting for chapter 7. My attorney collected all the information the trustee needed before the meeting including 3 months back of bank statements. At the meeting the trustee requested copies of checks that were on the bank statements that were provided.

Does anyone know what the process will be like now? My attorney said that I will not see the trustee again.

Also, after I provide the trustee with copies of the checks is there a chance of the trustee requested additional bank statements further bank then 3 months?

All feedback and input is appreciated. Thanks!

That will most probably be the only time you see the TT. My case was complicated and I only saw my TT once. Once you mail the TT the info requested (certified to prove you sent it) you're done unless he/she needs anything else, but that's not likely to happen if your case is straight forward (no asset chapter 7). Just keep an occasional eye on PACER and wait for your discharge.

I agree with southernbelle. Anything the TT needs they will ask for, but you will most likely never see them again. Welcome to the 60 day club!
