Help understanding Sch J for Over Median Income

I haven't seen an attorney yet, but will soon.

I am am over median by about $30k. But I believe I will pass the means test because of dependent care I pay for my elderly aunt (she lives with me).

I'm trying to get a sense of what I can qualify for and I am confused about schedule J. Since I am over median, is it true that I can only use the national standards? My house payment is over and so is my car payment. What about things (like the dependent care above)? Can I not use that or is it district specific?

When you're over median they try to make you stick to the amounts on the B22A form. I'm in ch13 and they're trying to limit me to the B22C amounts.
