WOW . . . . I am soo confused at this point. So for all of you who have read my posts on the forum we were still unsure if we qualified for a 7 or 13 and we were in a waiting game until OT and bonuses fell off. So now all of a sudden my paralegal calls yesterday and informs me that the attorney herself and another person in the firm went over our petition and they can argue some of our deductions from our paychecks and we now pass the means and qualify for a 7 . . . So yeaterday I was soo excited that what we have been stressfulling waitng on had actually gotten us a little closer to a fresh start . . . . then the petition came through email . . . and now I am a little panicky! Can someone tell me why the numbers are all wrong and does that make us not qualify now? On Line 3 of B22A it has a total average per month of $6478.72 and the REAL amount from my paystubs average would be $7365.89. So now I am scared that they added the income wrong and that may not make us qualify for the 7. They have us on the petition for-454.87 for monthly disposable income and when I recalculate it it brings us to +432.30 but that also doesnt include some expenses that are left off the petition including a 266.19 payment for a UTV that the attorney said could qualify under vehicle expense since it is street legal. This petition looks like a mess there is lots of errors and I need to get ot all corrected today for my meeting with the paralegal tomorrow! Thanks!!

It's better to take your time and get it perfect than to rush and let mistakes slip through.
It sounds like you may need more than one visit with the paralegal to get the petition to the point that you agree everything is correct.
You've got over 3 weeks left in April to get everything ironed out before your petition is submitted, so don't let yourself be rushed.Filed Chapter 7 July 2010

Yes, please relax and work with your attorney to make any corrections. That was your preliminary petition and based on information that you provided. Find out where the discrepancies are and correct them.
Whether the UTV will be an acceptable expense will need to be reviewed with your attorney.
