Date of discharge set not by 341 meeting...

But by date of no distribution of funds?

Pacer gives my status as awaiting discharge, date set by date of no distribution report....

Which means I still have 2 days to go till I hit the 60 day mark. Now if they had used my date of 341 meeting, which I thought they went by and my attorney said that was to be my discharge date, I would have hit 60 days on 04/04....

So 2 more days to go until day 60, so warm up those rodents and get them in the bull pen....

The deadline for filing a complaint to determine dischargeability, known as the complaint bar date, is set 60 days after the first scheduled 341 Meeting. This is the "discharge" date which everyone talks about.

Well, it goes by what's on your Notice of Bankruptcy. The updates that they make in PACER never seem to make sense. My still reads "Awaiting Confirmation" and I was not only already confirmed over a year ago in my Chapter 13... I have since converted to a Chapter 7.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
